El Bigote first patch

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

I've heard that speedrunning is something that players love about El Bigote.

So here's a preview of the next patch:

- Addition of an in-game timer (optional)

- 2k, 4k and 21:9 compatibility

- Keyboard tutorial (the game is designed for controllers, but for some people this may come in handy)

- Fix a bug that caused the game to flicker on some computers
